- Understand the dimensions of the DevOps radar and how to introduce them to retrospective participants
- Participate in a DevOps retrospective simulation
- Practice facilitating the analysis of retrospective results and creation of a DevOps growth plan
- Learn practices for sharing AgilityHealth® results with Teams of Teams, architecture and leadership teams to enable the definition of DevOps improvement and implementation roadmaps
Who Should Attend?
This assessment should be completed at a program level and could include technology managers and members of architecture, ops, security, testing, release mgmt. areas. Additionally, the assessment can be completed at a team level and would include all members of a technology delivery team.
